Conflict Mineral Statement

Our Commitment to Conflict-Free Minerals

Lake Cable is dedicated to ethical and responsible sourcing throughout our supply chain. In alignment with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 1502, we are committed to ensuring our products are "conflict-free."

We do not knowingly use tin, tantalum, tungsten, or gold (collectively referred to as 3TG) that originate from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its neighboring countries. Our commitment is backed by a rigorous due diligence process that follows the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains.

We partner with suppliers who share our values and require them to:

  • Ensure all materials are sourced responsibly and ethically.
  • Be transparent about the origin of 3TG minerals.
  • Fully cooperate with our conflict mineral reporting and verification requests.

Our declaration is based on information from our trusted suppliers. This commitment reflects our dedication to responsible global practices and human rights.

To ensure your supply chain meets regulatory standards, you can download our official Conflict-Free Minerals Declaration of Conformity to verify our commitment.
