Lake Cable produces all wire and cable products in accordance with BABAA and outlined by the Office of Management and Budget’s Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, 18 April 2022.
All Wire and Cable products manufactured by Lake Cable are produced in one of three production facilities, all within the United States.
Lake Cable LLC and its affiliates manufacture all of our wire and cable product offerings in the United States of America. One hundred percent (100%) of the wire and cable manufacturing occurs in Bensenville, IL and/or Valparaiso, IN. Our wire drawing and fabrication is performed at Lake Copper’s Elkhart, IN location.
The majority of copper, shielding material, barrier tape, insulation and jacketing compounds are purchased from US based metals and plastics companies that manufacture in the United States.
